Villa Bobara is a modern Villa renovated by two architects named Gisela and Boris Podrecca, located in a small town called Mlini,  6 km from Dubrovnik. The view extends to the nearby islands of Mrkan, Bobara, Supetar and, of course, Cavtat. The villa is surrounded by a large terrace and a large garden through which the stairs lead to the villa itself and are surrounded by palm trees, rose hips, figs, olives, bananas, oranges, cacti and yuccas. In addition to the existing lungo mare, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Villa Bobara accommodates 8 people, we have 4 rooms and in each one cooling and heating as needed, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, infinity pool with jet stream. The villa has large terraces made of natural stone, inside there are heated floors so that you can keep warm in the winter, which is very mild. The lower floor has a large living room with a summer kitchen. You go out through the sliding doors onto the terrace with the swimming pool and next to it is the outdoor shower. In the living room there is a marble table with many chairs and cushions, and the view stretches towards the islands and the sea. Next to the pool, there is a large old praying mantis, and next to it is a magnolia near which is a stone table and bench and a barbecue. On the lower floor there are two rooms, each with a separate bathroom. On the upper floor is a large living room with a large terrace overlooking the sea. On the upper floor there are two more large rooms and one large bathroom. The house is equipped with contemporary furniture and original works of art. The kitchen is equipped with all possible appliances and the refrigerator has an ice maker.
